“BGR has exclusively learned that AT&T has begun communicating launch plans internally for Apple’s next-generation iPhone 5 handset. We have been told that AT&T has begun informing employees across the company, and those who work in retail locations, to finish any sort of employee training as soon as possible.

AT&T is asking managers to finish training in order to have employees available for the influx of foot traffic expected in September, a proven source has shared with us. Other reports indicate that Apple is looking to hire additional Apple Store staff to be on hand for “new product launches” during the same period of time, further supporting our information. Apple is expected to announce the company’s next-generation iPhone at the end of August, with a launch to follow in the first half of September.”

YES! YES! YES! I can not wait until this phone comes out. I don’t know what new features it will have. All I know is that I have to have it. It will be the first smart phone I have. I’m a total cheap-o and as a result I’ve been using a “dumb phone” (A.K.A. Non-smart phone) for the past couple of years. I’m ready to trade-up!

No one knows yet rather or not the much hoped for rumor will come true which is… That Apple will release the iPhone on Sprint and T-Mobile. It also isn’t yet known rather Verizon will get iPhone 5 at all or if there will be a delayed release date.

All I know is I can’t wait!
