“Only 15 per cent of people would like to live forever and just nine per cent would like to live to more than 100, according to research published today.
A study revealed that over one in four would like to die aged 81-90, while young people are more likely to want to live forever than older people.
The research, commissioned by the Dying Matters Coalition found, also suggested death is still a taboo subject for many, with just one third of people having discussed the type of funeral they want.”

This study seems to be spot on. Older people look forward to death while younger people desire to live forever. When I become 81 and I can barely walk, breath, or live a decent quality of life, I’m sure I will look forward to dying soon also.
